The world’s first electronic cigarette device with a refilling oil pod and oil core separation structure has been launched – VAPEN RTA POD. This innovative device features electronic liquid capacity display, battery level display, child lock, and support for Type-C fast charging.
In recent years, the European Union has imposed strict restrictions on disposable electronic cigarettes due to environmental concerns. VAPEN RTA POD effectively avoids these restrictions by allowing for repeated oil filling in the pod and recharging of the main device for reuse. It is also the first pod kit globally to support refillable oil with Oil Core Separation （OCS） technology.
VAPEN RTA POD boasts a 24ml large capacity oil tank that supports repeated oil filling. The pod is designed with an oil core separation structure and features a variety of light changes when in use.

The pod part: The pod’s oil cap is made of PC material, and the flat oil cap design ensures better ergonomic fit. When removing the oil cap, a piece of lint-free cotton is visible to prevent splattering. After unveiling the oil-filled snap caps, the pod can be filled with e-liquid. It is recommended to fill it with VAPEN e-liquid for optimal atomization. If the purchased pod does not contain e-liquid, any preferred e-liquid can be directly injected.
The VAPEN RTA POD’s oil tank can hold 24ml of e-liquid and is designed for multiple refills. The pod features multiple anti-leakage structures, ensuring minimal chances of leakage. This device uses a low-resistance mesh coil for full vaporization of e-liquid, producing powerful bursts of vapor.
On the bottom of the pod are two metal contacts that connect to the VAPEN RTA POD mod. The pod and mod are magnetically connected for easy and quick pod interchangeability and a stable connection.
The VAPEN RTA POD mod: Encased in a metal aluminum tube with surface baking paint, the battery offers a variety of cool color options, enhancing its durability. With a 650mAh capacity high-quality cell, the battery supports fast charging via the Type-C port at the bottom.
The electronic display on the front shows the current e-liquid capacity and remaining charge. When in operation, the screen lights up and the RGB color lights around the TANK illuminate to provide an engaging visual experience.
Adjust the airflow valve at the bottom to control the vapor effect.
The bottom design includes a child lock button -5 consecutive clicks lock the device, and another 5 clicks unlock it.
How to use:
Scenario①: If you purchased a vape pod and mod without e-liquid.
- Remove the detachable cap and oil-filled snap.
- Fill the product with e-liquid.
- Replace the oil-filled snap caps and detachable cap.
- Connect the oil-filled vape POD to the mod.
- Pull out of the Silicone rod from oil detachable cap and tear off the bottom sticker.

- Connect the POD with the mod.
- Pull out of the Silicone rod from oil detachable cap and tear off the bottom sticker.

Scenario ③: If you need to refill the POD.
- Remove the Detachable cap and oil-filled snap.
- Fill the product with e-liquid.
- Replace the oil-filled snap caps and Silicone rod.
- It can be used immediately after replacing the silicone plug and detachable cap.
